Parklane Family Dental is always accepting new patients at one of our three offices and it’s important to us that you have a remarkable experience from start to finish. Our new patient exams typically last from 45 minutes to one hour. This will include a comprehensive exam, oral cancer screening, all necessary digital x-rays, and a short interview so that we may learn more about you and your oral health.
New patients should bring insurance information, a driver’s license or ID, as well as medical history, and list of medications if available. Any new patient under 18 must arrive to first visit with a parent or guardian. Don’t forget to fill out our new patient form online for a faster, easier first visit!

Upon arrival, expect a warm greeting from our front desk. From there, we will ask that you complete and sign patient forms. We’ll then welcome you into our beautiful offices for your exam. Your doctor will take time to completely answer your questions and to discuss your concerns. He or she will also explain the findings from your exam Using this information, we will create a customized treatment plan to achieve your health and cosmetic goals. You are also provided a dedicated treatment consultant to discuss fees, financial options, and scheduling plan to fit your budget and convenience.
